The Adolescent Anger Management Group increases awareness on how to modify thinking, feelings, and choices related to anger and develops conflict resolution techniques and positive assertion skills. Teaching adolescents how to resolve conflicts and make smart choices is one of the greatest gifts you can provide.

The Adolescent Anger Management Group teaches adolescents how to recognize the symptoms of anger, its cyclical pattern and to implement alternative behaviors.

The Adolescent Anger Management Group is for teens that have difficulty getting along with others, have been in a fight in school, home or the neighborhood, and/or have been arrested for disorderly conduct or battery. Male and female teen groups meet for one hour each week for 10 weeks.

For more information about the Anger Management Program, please call Michael DeMassi at 973-361-5555, extension 132.
